Hello, I’m Nishant.
I am a Product Designer based in Vancouver.
… also a hobby mechanic and car enthusiast.

My beloved 1990 MX-5 that I rescued from a junkyard
Hi there! I’m Nishant and thank you for visiting my website.
For as long as I can remember, I have been in front of computer screens tinkering with anything that I could find. From the early days of Microsoft Paint to taking computers apart and putting them back (though mostly just leaving them there), I find solace in getting to know the working behind everyday objects.
My fascination with classic roadsters pushes me to spend my weekends trying to fix and drive them. If I don’t respond to emails within 24-hours, you can probably find me in my garage struggling to install car parts.
I taught myself web development in middle school to create a PokeBall with CSS and enjoy working on obscure projects from time-to-time. In 2016, I founded Oswald Labs — an award-winning accessibility technology company — which was borne out of my philosophy of a more equitable internet.
Over the past five years, I have worked at multiple organizations including Intuit, Searchie and Canadian Advanced Air Mobility to help them create tailored user experiences to achieve their business goals in a sustainable way.
Currently, I am studying Interactive Arts & Technology at Simon Fraser University in Vancouver, Canada.
